Bug Description
That's a very common situation for me and projects I participate. Someone created merge proposal, I provided some feedback on the proposal, the patch author fixes something and push new revisions to his branch. But if he don't send any comments that code has been updated I have no clue that I should look at the merge proposal again.
I'm using mail interface most of the time and find it very useful way to work with launchpad. The mail interface helps me to save many of my time. So it will be very useful if I can get some notifications via e-mail when merge proposal has been updated. Or maybe you have some different way to achieve the same result?

I've just seen this a lot in things like <https:/ /code.launchpad .net/~xaav/ loggerhead/ export- tarball/ +merge/ 66408> where it's a project whose mp page is not scanned regularly for changes, and where the contributor hasn't done any action other than pushing the revisions to get review. (And it's not obvious they should.)
