Bug Description
For those using the support tracker as an administrative tracker (like Launchpad), it would be worthwihle to add a reminder feature.
As suggested in bug 73637 (Do not expire assigned requests), we should instead remind the request's assignee at a regular interval that the request is still open.
The reminder period could be configured through a property in the user's profile, it could even be turned off.
