Bug Description
debian/copyright can be very large (>1MB in the case of linux), so the librarian is probably a more appropriate location than the DB. The data is not used anywhere yet, and anywhere that wants it can pull it from the librarian.

- we're not showing it as table columns anywhere
- we're not joining on it
- then we don't need it in the db
