Bug Description
1. Open the page to edit a recipe (e.g. https:/
2. Click the Syntax help link
3. A useful help overlay shows up.
4. It doesn't have a scrollbar
This is probably an issue for all inline helpers with lots of text.
Tested on Chromium (11.0.687.0 (76345) Ubuntu 10.10)
