Bug Description
Apt will soon be changed in ubuntu to give us feedback about mirrors. For instance, when somebody runs "apt-get upgrade" and apt one or more files are not found on the mirror being used, it will generate an HTTP POST request to some specific URL with details about that failure.
For now we won't be doing anything with this data, so it'd be okay to store them as text files.
