test rebuild results showing up in +uploaded-packages

Bug Description

I uploaded https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/4.0~b8+nobinonly-0ubuntu3 which shows that it built successfully, but my uploaded packages page is showing build failure from a rebuild:

The test rebuild does seem to be you still as far as the system is concerned, but clearly you didn't do the upload. I don't know if we have enough data to tell the difference (and the source in the rebuild archive still points at your upload).

BTW, I don't care so much if I get "credited" for the rebuild, but I would think rebuilds should be in a separate section, not listed with regular archive uploads.

That page is not restricting the archive purpose properly, it should be trivial to fix.
