Bug Description
In launchpad,
when reporting a bug for a non existant package (I tried gnome webbrowser) after submit, it notifies of some errors, something like 'choose an existing package or choose 'Idon't know'.
When choosing 'I Don't know' BUT LEAVING THE NONEXISTANT PACKAGE NAME FILLED IN... after submit, it notifies 'please fix errors' but there are no errors mentioned.
Only after choosing 'I don't know' AND removing the wrong package name, the bug is submitted.

I had similar problem when I sent a patch for KVIrc (Universe-package) to the bug #52690. When I tried to add KVIrc to the list of the applications where the bug affects, it says that product name is invalid. I don't know what should I do...
