getMergeProposals documentation can be improved

Bug Description

Branch.landing_candidates provides all unmerged proposals that are not rejected/superseded - but this can still be a significant number in big proposals. Some sort of search would help scripters.

IHasMergeProposals implementations (person, branch, source_package, etc) provide getMergeProposals, which does a search. Please clarify what criteria you want to search by.

I want to search for merged proposals targeted to a branch. getMergeProposals doesn't specify (on https://api.launchpad.net/+apidoc/devel.html#branch) whether it searches for proposals targeting the branch, or proposals where the branch is the source branch.
