Bug Description
Here's the sequence of events:
1) Quickly trunk (lp:quickly) was originally hosted at lp:~quickly/quickly/trunk
2) I changed the owner of that branch (through its LP branch page) to be ~quickly-committers
3) I later tried to checkout a quickly branch (lp:~tony-badwolf/quickly/preferences-dialog) that had been merge-proposed before the trunk move.
4) I get:
$ bzr branch lp:~tony-badwolf/quickly/preferences-dialog
bzr: ERROR: Not a branch: "bzr+ssh:
Now, LP shows in the UI that it thinks this branch is stacked against lp:quickly, which it correctly believes is ~quickly-
