Any list of specifications should show your relationship to each

Bug Description

I'm subscribed to some of the specifications on <https://features.launchpad.net/sprints/uds-mtv>, but new specifications continue to be registered and proposed for discussion, and I'm likely to forget which ones I've already subscribed to. Unfortunately, the listing doesn't help me at all; I need to visit the page for each interesting specification, and scan for my name in the lists of related people. This is quite inefficient.

Launchpad should save me time by showing me which specifications I'm involved in. One method would be a "Your relationship" column in the table, describing your relationship as "Registrant", "Drafter", "Assignee", "Subscriber", or (if none) "–". Another approach, not mutually exclusive, would be to (subtly!) highlight the row background for specifications you are involved in (perhaps more vividly if your role is an essential one).

The same applies to any list of specifications in Launchpad.
