bazaar.staging sometimes claims branches don't exist even though they do

This is a transient failure. It may be related to the build failures on clementine. Note that the bzr+ssh URL for the same branch works just fine.

bzr does not provide enough data about the failure, Aaron and I think it would be nice if we could do something like:
bzr -Derrorlog,transport <...>

which would:
 buffer the log and spit it all out on error
 include tranport stuff in the log
