Bug Description
I'd like to be able to link directly to the release Changelog hosted on Launchpad such as the one at
https:/
The use case is for Linaro where we're creating a table that summarises the output of each release. Each row in the table includes the project name, upstream base, a link to the download, and a link to the changes.

I do not understand the use case here. The page in the example URL represents the release and it has the full changelog. Why do users need a link to change log that does not provide the context of the release?
