Bug Description
A user reported to me:
it's hard for me to automatically filter merge proposals into a gmail label? The only way i can detect them is that the reply-to is set to "mp+<some_
I suppose it would be nice if there was some header or something that indicated merge-request ... similar to list-id for mailing lists?

There are lots of headers in a code review message provided for filtering, e.g. "X-Launchpad- Notification- Type: code-review" and "X-Launchpad- Branch: ~jelmer/ bzr/merge- dir-prober"
The problem is that Gmail doesn't permit filtering on arbitrary headers.
