Bug Description
Source package releases are listed on the recipe build index page, as hyperlinks. But they have no index page, so the links 404.
Either an index page should be provided, or no URL should be given.

The links will work for primary and partner builds, but not PPA ones. PPAs do not have pages for each individual package at this time.
