Bug Description
I have been trying to convert a bug report I made into a question as that is more appropriate, however https:/
I've had this error all day, on both edge and normal launchpad... so I assume its a bug rather than a one-off any ideas?

It's a database timeout, presumably being caused by a bug that the query is too slow. What I would recommend as a workaround is that you manually create a question (or ask the reporter to create a question), or just answer it in the bug.
