Bug Description
Along similar lines to Bug #32282, we have a situation where comments may contain extremely long lines, which are not useful for human eyes, clobber portlets, etc. One example is bug #56625, where a user has pasted a crash report, which includes an entire core dump on one line.
It would be nice if Malone either truncated them, as in bug #32282, or refused them (because it's unlikely that this belongs in a comment)
