search does not match comment text

Bug Description
This *must* be an existing bug (but I didn't find it), or else it's an artifact of our using private projects?
When I search for a term which is only found in a comment, I get no results, e.g.
https:/
It should find bug #539251
This is of *huge* importance for private projects, since we can't use google etc.. I've been contemplating archiving the entire project's bugs just so I can search them properly... :(

Indeed, we do not search comment text as part of our bug search. This could become a higher priority when we focus on search improvements.
