Bug Description

https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/453104 currently has a heat of 408, and is the only 4-flame bug in bzr. I can't see any good reason why this should be so. It's not a very interesting bug.

I think something is amiss with our updating of bug heat. The bug was marked public and yet the value of heat was not recalculated.

I just talked more with Graham about this: it's not that the heat wasn't recalculated or that it was recalculated incorrectly. It's that it wasn't done quickly enough.

We should consider subtracting X points from heat immediately when privacy and security bugs are changed, or else investigate if we have a general problem with heat recalculation performance. See bug 557252 about speed. Of course, we could do both, too.
