No 'Newest' and 'Oldest' option for listings in Branch's "Changes" and "Files" Pages

Bug Description
In Launchpad Branches "Files" and "Changes" pages under the listing of the contents in the table there is only options for 'Older' and 'Newer' page.
There is no other option available for the "Oldest" and "Newest" page of the listing, which is a common button control which will be available for the page traversal in listings.
Due to this if the user needs to go to the last page of the listing then he/she needs to undergo a hectic process of clicking the 'Older' link too many times and same in vice versa case also.
This is an issue which needs a quick fix in the Launchpad Branches since this is a page which is visited by high percentage of users in Launchpad.
