Bug Description
$ bzr reconfigure lp:~xiphos-devel/xiphos/waf --stacked-on lp:xiphos
bzr: ERROR: Not a branch: "bzr+ssh:
I have changed the owner & name of the lp:~xiphos-devel/xiphos/trunk. The launchpad UI didn't let me to delete is because it said it is sharing revisions with other branches. And reconfigure fails cause the branch on launchpad still believes it is stacked on the branch with old name.
