deactivation of a Launchpad account should remove structural subscriptions

If we look at bug 480969 in the "Also notified" section of the subscribers portlet we can see that there are a lot of deactivated accounts subscribed to all bugs about Ubuntu. However, this doesn't just happen with Ubuntu itself - if you look at https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/ you can see 1 deactivated account there. I'm sure this is also the case with many other packages.

Anyway, I was thinking that when a Launchpad account is deactivated the structural subscriptions for that account should also be removed.
