"clone specification" feature

Just now I wanted to split one spec into two identical specifications. As it was, I had to create two new specifications and manually add each individual subscriber from the old spec, add it to the meeting, etc.

(I could have avoided one of these exercises, but I wanted to leave the old spec behind as a pointer to the new ones; in another case, where eg a small bit of one spec is being split off, just one copy would be sufficient.)

So I would like a feature which allows me to clone an existing spec; the new spec should be identical in all respects to the old one except that it should have a title, summary and url (which I would enter).
