Bug Description
When uploading large files to the downloads area of a project, those of us on slower upload connections get timed out after ~10-20 minutes, from one #lp user; ~25mins for myself.
The connection is continuously full, no signs of a sudden drop in traffic until the fail.
No oops was (apparently) mentioned or recorded.

I can confirm this when trying to upload large binary tarballs. The smallest tarball I tried to upload was ~20MiB and the largest was ~120MiB. Both timed out after ~20 minutes of uploading. While uploading the speed was between 30-60 Kbytes/s. When it failed the upload just dropped.
