Bug Description
I get hundreds of emails every day which look like this:
From: Launchpad Bug Tracker <email address hidden>
[...]
** Branch linked: lp:ubuntu/karmic-proposed/bld
--
[standard sig]
I. e. they have no other content than saying "this was auto-imported".
Can we please stop this flooding?

I think it would be a good idea to not send out that message for links to any dev focus branch or official package branch.
