Bug Description
Attachments on bugs are public. That's pretty obvious but it's easy to post a dump or a screen shot that includes private info so we may want to add a short warning to the attachment page.

it would also need to be on the main bug page and the (when it happens) ajax attachment form.
OTOH I don't think other sites make a fuss about this, its not clear its a pragmatic issue.
