right bottom bug list duplicate problem

Bug Description
When a bug is set as a duplicate, he stays has "New" and "duplicate" is not shown in the right bottom list when you're looking at a bug. So sometimes when we look at a list of bug it just shows "New" and you don't know it's a duplicate. Even worse, sometimes it's duplicate of a fixed bug and we are wasting time at duplicates of bug already fixed.

What do you mean of right bottom bug list? The portlet with the Latest Bugs in Malone?
