Auto line wrapping on comment field breaks scripts and code

Bug Description
The ridiculously narrow comment field auto-wraps text. This breaks code and script fragments that are pasted into it, confusing users that might want or need to copy items pasted into the bug report by other users or bug triagers. Here is but a simple example:
sudo mythtv-setup.real --verbose channelscan,
Newbies are not going to realize that the "> mythtv-setup.log" belongs on the end of the previous line and wonder why they get weird behavior.
This is an even bigger problem for code or scripts that have comments, or longer lines from Make files.
Note: I believe this is different than Bug #435905, hence the new bug report
