Comments System

This is an idea to better the integration of the online contributors.

What is it? - Add an optional shared comment field for each string, so translators can post general comments and questions about it.

Use Case:
  John Knowall is translating the string "Ubuntu is the best OS around!" into Zulu, and is in doubt if the translation should use:
 * the Zulu equivalent of the acronym OS;
 * the english acronym;
 * or write the full blown Zulu equivalent of "operating system".

He then writes his translation, and adds a remark on the Comments field about it, so other translators can share his thoughts about it and contribute to a better overall Zulu translation of the string.
