incorrectly spelt source package gives unhelpful error

Bug Description
when changing the package a bug is on, if the package is mispelt the
error is just 'launchpad does not know of a source package <NAME>'.
Doing a search or popping up the selector automatically would be great.

This will go away when we make it possible to change the package of a task using the AJAX picker (like we do for projects).
