We are about to start using identi.ca to announce Launchpad status information.
The error page used on Launchpad's implementation of Loggerhead should link to this status page on identi.ca:

FTR this is three-fold:
- apache
- haproxy
- and the OOPS template for python-oops-wsgi.
The former two should be the stock LP ones already, and the latter one is currently extremely simple but easy to change.
