Cannot set tags from bug listings

Bug Description

I'd be great to have inline bug tagging in different bug listing views (like milestone or +bugs pages). Sometimes, when doing triage, a bug title is just about enough to set a tag on it, and this would speed up the process a lot:

 * https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/rosetta/+bugs
 * https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/rosetta/+milestone/3.0

Of course, it might be hard to fit it in UI-wise, when I expect this bug to be closed as "Won't fix" and people to be directed to APIs. :)

I actually think that's a really great idea (if a bit hard to come up with a UI for).

I like the idea, too, and there are several open bugs about using milestones or bug lists generally to better manage a project's bugs.

Would love to see this, but its not in our current roadmap. If someone wants to do a patch for this, we'll be happy to mentor (on UI and code).
