Can't search for bugs associated with a released milestone

The advanced search page (e.g. https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/project/+bugs?advanced=1) allows searching for bugs by milestone, but the milestone list appears to be restricted to unreleased milestones.

For example, an OEM team project Foo set up with the following milestones: m0, m1,...m4 shows the following on the advanced search page:

Target milestone:
Foo m2
Foo m3
Foo m4

m0 and m1 have been released already; none of the m2-m4 milestones have been released as of today (31Aug09).

I expected all milestones/releases (past and future) to be listed in the 'target milestone' list as well, so that I could search for those bugs fixed in a particular set of milestones (e.g. all bugs fixed between m1 and m3).
