can't merge to oblivion a private-membership team

Bug Description

Received a request from Joey to merge away "~canonical-fae-team-priv", which is a private team.

When tried, the error returned is "Constraint not satisfied".
Taking a stab in the dark guess, I blew away the mailling list that team had. Still no joy.

Merge can be updated to handle private teams. The team can be made public them merged in the mean time.

I thought it was an oops. but I cannot reproduce it. I can delete a private team without a problem. Deleting any team with a mailing list is hard. The list must be deactivated and the Mailing List (archive) purged. The merge process should deactivate and purge the mailing list, but I think it is hard because these actions are happening async with another servers.

If there is not an oops, I think we should link this bug to the cleansing-deactivated-accounts blueprint.

Yeah it doesn't actually OOPS. Just tried again, same error:

"Constraint not satisfied"

Hi Steve.

Can you try this again using the Delete team link. I had some issues when creating the feature that I fixed in merge. IF it does oops, paste the id so I can investigate this further.
