Bug Description
If a user wishes to activate a new fangled "PPA" and goes to:
https:/
then they are asked for a "Display name", but given no indication of what a good, sensible, default name would look like; Eg. should be "ppa", "myaccount", "ubuntu", "My hot packages"...
Ideally the dialogue should be populated with something sane, or provide a small Example below (I can't give a suggested example in this bug report, otherwise I wouldn't be writing it!).
Even better would be to have the form display what (will be/would be) the predirected displayed URL after creation, so that the user can confirm it looks sensible.

We should default it to the original naming style of "PPA named X for Joe Smith"
