Bug Description
Right now there are 'successfully built' indications, but some time passes between that and when the packages hit the archive.
Maybe instead of the links to librarian, or better yet in addition, have a section lilnking to archive.u.c/pool/.. where the packages are actually uploaded, and until than indicate this has not yet happened.

Right, the addition of the "poolified" url to the location in the archive might be a good addition for binaries and sources.
But this issue is mostly related to the currently slow publishing cycle, which keeps the archive in a inconsistent state (missing package lists, overrides lists, etc) for a long time. (see bug 36535)
Since the a.u.c is only triggered after we finish the entire publishing cycle (cron.daily), it's atomic and we can follow your idea. I'm sorry we are way too busy to implement this thing right now, it must remains as only a wishlist bug for a while.
