Display OAuth tokens and link to +oauth-tokens from person page

Bug Description
Right now there is no obvious way to reach the +oauth-tokens page from a user's profile. So I suggest displaying on ~user, for the the user logged in (i.e. not to everybody visiting a user page), some text and a link to that page, in the main table at the top of the page, right under the "OpenID login:" heading. Perhaps the right text is something like "Application clients: _3 OAuth tokens_" with the link indicated taking you to +oauth-tokens.
