Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Associate a contact email address with a team
2. Change the team's contact address to another email and verify it.
3. Associate the same email address with another team
(Tested with thai-locoteam and ubuntu-l10n-th)
What's happened:
LP will report that the email is in use by the old team even the old team has changed it's address.
What's expected:
LP will remove the unused address from the old team and associate it with the new team
