Bug Description
On my +editpgpkeys page I have a key listed as "pending validation". What does that mean? I don't know. Is it waiting for me to reply to an e-mail message? If so, I didn't get it, so can I get Launchpad to re-send the validation message? If not, why not? This all needs to be better explained.

You or some admin (or perhaps some automated gpg-signature- crawler, though I am not sure this was ever done) added this key [on your behalf].
The procedure to get another notification sent to you, I believe, is to re-enter it in the key fingerprint entry and resubmit it. That's unclear and perhaps not the best way to do it.
