Bug Description

This page:

https://launchpad.net/~elachuni

has a broken "Most Active in" link:

"Small OpenID projects fro..." ---> https://launchpad.net/canonical-bis-openid --> not found

We did change the names of our projects, after our department was renamed ISD from BIS.

There is a project named 'canonical-bis-openid', but it's been deactivated -- that's why you get a 404 on the URL.
