The launchpad.net domain does not have SPF records, which means that other mail systems can masquerade as launchpad.net very easily and send spam as if they were the real launchpad.net mail servers.
SPF records are very easy to add, and are (IMHO) part of being a good mail providing citizen of the Internet.

The lack of SPF could be considered a security vulnerability, as imposters could send fake password reset emails and all sorts of other bad stuff to unsuspecting launchpad.net users.
