Alias does not work on project selector widget

Bug Description
I tried to re-target a bug from launchpad to launchpad-bazaar (alias for launchpad-code) but the project selector widget didn't allow me to do it. I got an error message.
Steps to reproduce (using staging):
1. Open https:/
2. Re-target it from launchpad-
3. Click save changes
4. Error message asking for the project name.
launchpad-code appear as one of the suggested projects in the dropdown list next to the project name.

I think we will fix this soon, since we have more vocabulary work, but I cannot commit to scheduling this yet.
