Uploaders field is not honored, when showing maintained packages

Bug Description
There's no way to see the packages where the person is listed as an uploader. You _may_ be able to see this information, if the maintainer address is a team address, but even then, you are most likely not interested in all of the team's packages. For an example see the page below, all packages listed blue instead of black.

This seems to be two distinct bugs: there is no way to *show* all the packages someone (like doko) -can- upload to in Debian (looking at our imported Debian metadata), and secondly we don't show uploaders on e.g. https:/
I say two bugs because I could imagine us fixing one of these things but not the other: whomever starts work on this may want to create a few specific work items or something :)
