Bug Description
This is related to bug #66839, but not a duplicate.
It would be useful to support wildcard or regexp expressions for tags when searching for bugs matching a given tag or group of tags. For example: "ubuntu-qa", "ubuntu-motu", "ubuntu-platforms", etc are encompassed by "*ubuntu*", which is a wildcard that we might often want to search on! (Those examples might not be right; I haven't checked them, but you get the idea.)
