mail format from bugtracker is illsuited for filtering in GMail

Bug Description
The format selected by the bugtracker in which to send mail as there is no easy way to filter it in GMail. All mails appear to come from the reporter and reply is set to the same email.
One cannot like with other bugtrackers create a <email address hidden> filter which is very unfortunate especially since no correctly getting ones bug mails labelled and arranged will require multiple filters.
Why is this a problem, GMail is one of the largest web mail providers in the world and is widely used by Linux users. We should make an effort to let GMails default "filter messages like this" functionality work well with bug mail from launchpad.
The expected funtionality is:
1) mail arrives
2) I select filter messages like this and make it skip the inbox as well as apply the bugreports label.
All messages from the launchpad bugtracker should now be correctly filtered.
