Bug Description
Currently, when commenting a bug report or an answer, you have two ways to subscribe : either check the "email me" box, or click on the "subscribe" link.
The "email me" box is not checked by default, while many users (I guess, since there have already been some comments in this way in Bug #977) expect a comment to automatically subscribe them to the bug they are commenting on.
A solution would be to have such an option in the "email settings" section of the user panel. "Subscribe me automatically when I comment a bug report". Same for answers, etc.
