Bug Description
+editlanguages' text needs to be different for teams, as the current text is very person-specific. It doesn't make it clear what purposes the field serves for a team.

Teams have languages so that they can be answer contacts for only those languages. it also permits a team to clearly state that English is not their preferred language (which is what launchpad assumes)
