list of linked branches is insufficiently prominent in the bug page

Bug Description
The fact that a bug has a branch attached is actually pretty interesting: only a minority of open bugs have them, but they're in quite a different state because there is at least some real work underway and visible.
At the moment the list of linked branches, and the control to add a new linked branch, is typically hidden below the fold of the page, and I always do a text search in the page to find it.
It would be better if it were just below the task table.
