Bug Description
Bug 270411 reports a user's frustration in figuring out how branch karma is created. Specifically, there's no clear explanation of how we figure out that a revision belongs to a user, or why we use the algorithm that we do.
We should add documentation to the help wiki and a link from the karma page explaining this.
