Setting merge proposal status is awkward when doing reviews via the web UI

Bug Description

Launchpad distinguishes between the 'status' of a review and the status of a merge proposal. Still, there is a conceptual link.

Merge proposal statuses are likely to change as the result of a review, so it makes sense to let people do this on the same page.

This is possible now, using the 'merge' command. For instance, to approve the review and change the status to Approved, do the following in the email:

 review approve
 merge approved

Ahh yes, but I filed this bug about the web UI, not the mail UI.

It is possible to set both as long as you don't click the 'Review' link, which goes to a separate page. I wonder if this bug is still valid.

Personally, I think it still needs to be part of the work flow of doing a review.
