Bug Description
Launchpad distinguishes between the 'status' of a review and the status of a merge proposal. Still, there is a conceptual link.
Merge proposal statuses are likely to change as the result of a review, so it makes sense to let people do this on the same page.

This is possible now, using the 'merge' command. For instance, to approve the review and change the status to Approved, do the following in the email:
review approve
merge approved
