Bug Description
At the moment, only the distribution owner (or an LP admin) is allowed to edit bug reporting information for a distribution source package. This is much too restrictive; this is the sort of thing that we want anyone who can upload that package to be able to set, since they are best-placed to know what information they typically need from bug reporters. We don't want to have to channel all of this through ubuntu-drivers if we can avoid it!
Could you change this permission to allow anyone who can upload the package to edit, please?
